Cancellation

"Consumer" within the meaning of this revocation instruction is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To uphold the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the revocation right before the expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
  • The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
  • The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have only started with the execution of the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of revocation with the beginning of the contract performance on our part. We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who have their domicile, habitual residence or delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract and delivery outside a Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and do not belong to any of these member states.

Notes on returning goods

  • The following modalities mentioned in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
  • Please do not send the goods to us with goods.
  • Please return the goods as a stamped package to the specified return address and please keep the proof of delivery.
  • Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.
  • If possible, please return the goods to us in original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging or the outer packaging is no longer in your possession, another suitable packaging should be used to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage due to defective packaging.
