Shipping conditions

The delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus and to all other countries.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

  • We charge the shipping costs at a flat rate of € 3.95 per order.
  • Standard shipping is free of charge from a value of 49€.
  • We also offer the express shipping option for €14.95 per order.

Deliveries abroad: We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

  • Within the European Union with 13,95€
  • Outside the European Union with 19.99€

For express shipping outside Germany please contact us.

The sending of this e-mail with access data for the execution of the download takes place within 12 hours after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) usually takes place within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-8 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
